I started We Are Autistic as a way to share my experiences and motivate others to pursue their passions. After struggling with self-doubt and fear of failure for years, I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own website. Now, I want to help others find joy in the dark times. We Are Autistic is a website for autistic people to share their stories, experiences, good moments, sad moments, and everything in between.
No profiles are made, you can submit your story with your first name and we will post them in our Story Corner.
The Positivity Corner is for any guest submitted news articles of positive events only. Take a break from the darkness out there and read about something happy for a while.
The Special Interest Corner will have a guest submitted website archive of different special interest sites.
This a work in progress. My dream is to simply spread joy and happiness, but this is also my first site and it's all a little new! Hopefully if we all work together, we can bring an understanding to autism that I've always hoped for all people. Any donations will go towards site maintenance, expansion, and the odd slushie or two for the long nights.
